I can’t see my token, where do I find it?
Every action taken within Discord using TrenchBot is automatically recorded and visible instantly within the interface. If you have sent a token into TrenchBot from an external source and it isn’t visible, please visit the Home Screen and hit the “Refresh” button.
This will scan your wallets and look for any missing tokens.
My transaction failed, what happened?
There are a handful of reasons a transaction can fail, the most frequent of these are:
Failure - Slippage Exceeded: Memecoins/Shitcoins are extremely volatile. Due to these fast changes in price, the slippage requirements may differ from token to token. If your transaction has failed due to slippage, it has likely moved too much in price since you initiated your transaction. You can either try again or increase your slippage to allow for deviation in price of purchase.
Failure - Insufficient Gas: Your wallet does not hold sufficient tokens to cover the network fee in order to execute a transaction. In this instance, depending on the network you are trading on, you will need to top up the core token, for example on Solana, you will need to top up your SOL balance.
Failed: A generic fail can happen when there are unknown miscellaneous failures, such as when a tokens liquidity is rugged.
What is the default slippage?
TrenchBot sets a default slippage setting of 5% for SOL and 1% for Ronin.
You can adjust this by visiting “Settings” from the home page.
Slippage settings act independently based on the chain, and whether the action is buy or sell. Each of these would need to be configured individually.
Home > Settings > [Chain] > Buy Settings/Sell Settings > Buy Slippage/Sell Slippage
What are the fees to use TrenchBot?
Fees on TrenchBot are industry standard 1% on all trades. These are only payable on successful transactions.
Depending on whether the user has active referrals, some of these fees may be paid to other users or server owners. Please see our referrals section for more information.
How do I top up my wallet?
After completing setup, TrenchBot will present you with the wallet addresses assigned to you for each chain. You can also view your wallet addresses by using the commands /start and /home.
You are then able to transfer funds to these wallet addresses from an external source to fund your TrenchBot account.
How do I withdraw funds from TrenchBot?
You can withdraw any token from TrenchBot from the home page using the “Withdraw” button.
From here you will be prompted to select which chain you wish to withdraw from, followed by a list of the tokens available within the specified network.
After selecting the token, you can then select how much of the token you wish to withdraw, e.g. 100% or custom amount.
Finally, TrenchBot will request a withdrawal address to which you would like to withdraw the tokens to, once entered you can complete the withdrawal.
Can I adjust my gas fee?
Gas settings can be adjusted for each chain by visiting “Settings” from the home page.
From here you can select which chain you wish to access and view the Gas settings accessible via the drop down menu.
What does confirm trades mean?
Within the Settings menu, you have the option to turn on or turn off the “Confirm Trades” setting.
If activated, this setting will add an extra confirmation step during the buy or sell process for every token.
If deactivated, this setting will remove extra confirmation steps, allowing you to 1-click purchase or sell every token.
